What is the fine for street racing?

If you get busted by a cop for street racing what is the fine? Also what do they do with your car after they tow it away? Do they really crush it?
P.S more specifically in the state of Washington

    you do not want to get busted in WA state for street racing.

    you may get charged for reckless driving which carries a sentence of up to 365 days in jail, a $5,000.00 fine, manditory suspension of your DL and SR 22 insurance.
