If it were only the drivers, I wouldn't give a flying pig-poop, but when other people die, that is too much. If these drivers aren't smart enough to find a track, and in some cities they can actually enlist the help of the police in this endevour, then they are too stupid to be allowed to drive anywhere, anytime. A lot os street racing is done on main drags in cities, not on secondary highways. Those secondary highways, even late at night, aren't always deserted, either. Don't worry about your fine, municipalities are starting to seize and crush street racing cars. I expect that trend to spread.
