Cant do more races on Street Racing on Facebook?

I am on level 61 and Im a Master London Street Champ, but I cant race at Paris, Barcelona, Munich, or Rome, because I cant buy the required cars. I have over a billion dollars, so thats not the problem. When I go to Shop, the last car on the list is a Porsche GT 2. What do I need to do to be able to race again?

if cars still have a red box around them click on them and it will tell you how to get them. it will most likely be in the low level races
