Drag racing is much more about the driver than the vehicle, a “slower” car with a better driver can beat a poorlt driven “faster” car.
That said;
totally depends. The wrx has a lot of bolt on power potential. If the wrx is turbo then hands down subaru. If the wrx is non turbo the lexus can definately give it a good run. BUT if the wrx is turbo with a little mods, it will ***** the lexus
The WRX will leave the Lexus sitting still.

First, the IS350 does not come in a manual. And the WRX performance ahas changed quite a bit over the years. The 02 to 05 2 liter WRX will be pretty close 0 to 60 and then will pull away slowly as the speeds rise. The 06 to 08 2,5 liter WRX’s will be a little faster 0 to 60 but power tapers a little more as the revs rise so on the top end, it will be close. The 09 WRX does 0 to 60 in under 5 seconds and 1/4 in about high 13 second range. No way the IS can even touch it from the start.
