I have just brought a Honda Civic Hatchback, and wanted to do some mods.
I allready search the internet, and I still can’t find any made for the 86 hatchback. But all I see is ones for the 87 civics and so fourth.
It’s a DX 86 Honda Civic Hatchback!

The internet? If you haven’t found any, you aren’t looking hard enough.

these websites hold parts for your 86 civic dude just check em out.

    ive got plenty of websites:

there you go. the last one is strictly for wheels.
to learn how to install mods, buy project car magazine at any CVS pharmacy. its helped me a lot.

Check the car scrapyards around where you live, if they have what you need

I used to have a 1985 Civic hatchback 1500S, the fast one.

Some after market, but not as specific as modern cars and less available due to the age of the car. If you had a performance shop how much would you keep around for a vehicle that old?

I’d leave the engine stock as you will gain very little from it and stick with cosmetic changes.

Well do you want to do it right or are you looking for some zoom sounds and a cold air? If you want to really do this go with some of the best companies,Spoon sports has a great selection for your needs and so does JUN,But be ready to fork out real money for this stuff,Some parts will run you an easy $6000 and that may very well be twice what you paid for your car,On the other hand if you want to go a bit more on the mild side check out DC sports along with AEM, My buddy has a 86 hatch and all he did was install a B16A VTEC with a header and a cold air intake along with spark plugs and skunk 2 cam gears and i have to tell you that car is scary fast, We pulled on a lambo until going into 3rd gear and then he passed us and he knew we were racing because i asked him to,Also he pulled out the back seats,And mind you that’s a N/A car!,Below are some web sites,Good luck man
