I have a question about aftermarket radio decks for a honda accord 1998?

i have a honda accord 2door coupe and the stock cd player refuses to play burned cd’s, so i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or has done this before. i know the thing on bestbuy.com shows you which ones fit your car but i can never tell which ones cause the page doesn’t refresh right.
also i know the security alarm system is somehow tied into the radio, would getting the new radio deck affect this in anyway?

instead of trying to look for an aftermarket deck on bestbuy try crutchfield.com and note the model number of the deck which fits your car and find it on bestbuy. u wud want to trust crutchfield more becuz many time bestbuy will say a certain deck does not fit your car bt crtuchfield says it does (this happened 2 me, n i got the) as long as crutchfield says it’ll fit it shud fit..thts wat i did. and as for the alarm i wudnt no much abt a 98 honda accord coupe bt u mte want to look in the manual n if u dont hav it u can always find it online.
