What is the easiest way to get the correct adjustment on an edelbrock carb?

It is on a 350 chevy motor. Cannot seem to get adjusted right. Will idle and run but cannot get set right so there is enough power to accelerate when driving. Seems sluggish either too much or too little fuel, not sure which.

Do you have any words to share!

you see those needle valves in the front? well you run each 1 in until they seat but not too tight or you will break the seat. now run each 1 out about 1 and 1/2 turns to 2 turns and start your car and let it idle. turn each ***** out 1/4 turn each until you get the best idle.
