My automotive Carreer?

Andrew
I’m wondering how do I go about boosting my automotive carreer??? I went to a school. A whole year. Missed one day the whole school year. LEarned a lot but just have the hands on experience to be able to do everything. I forked out the cash for school and now I’m stuck working at a Sears doing oil changes and tires. I’ve got my applications in various dealers along with a resume and it seems no one is interested. I have apps in at some independent dealers but no luck. What can I do? I want to learn more should I go back to automotive school again?? I have the money in tools but no where to use them.
Note I spelt Career wrong. lol
They also do Shocks/Struts, Alignments, Brakes, starters, and Alternators. But the higher up guys always get that work and really don’t want to show me much about any of it. I don’t know if it’s just because of making money on Flat rate or what.
How could I express on my resume that I’m willing to take the time to learn???
